The Greatest Prank Call Ever

A little frivolity for you on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. Enjoy!

(Adapt for your own use with these nuisance telemarketers.)

I dropped my land line and am using my cell phone for my home phone. Problem solved--no telemarketers!

ok goldenrod so that was really really funny. i wish i had the guts to do that when i get phoned. luckily legislation was passed in canada at the end of september that allowed me to register with a government service that prevents telemarketers from phoning me! how awesome is that?!!

Even tho I dropped my own land line years ago, I still get some of these, Sharon. I think they have some sort of computer-generated thingamabop that randomly goes through number sequences and when they find one that actually rings, whomever is on the receiving end gets the 'benefit' of whatever it is that's being offered.

Glad you enjoyed the pix I forwarded, Craig. Beautiful, aren't they?

Steven, here in the US we've had that gov't registration option for some time now (I forget how long exactly ... maybe 3-4 years?). It's a good one, isn't it?

Irregardless of whether one gets such calls or not, when I saw this clip I just HAD to share it. In fact, just as soon as I publish this response, I'm going to go back and listen to it again ... just too funny!
