Favorite Christmas music ... #8 ...

I began this very special series with Mannheim Steamroller, and I'll end it with the group playing a song that I heard for the first time less than two weeks ago. I just love it, and I'm pretty sure it will remain one of my favorites for many many years. Perhaps it will become one of yours, as well.

Here is Mannheim Steamroller's "Up Above the Northern Lights" ...

I hope that all of you have had a most blessed Christmas filled with love, hope, and warmth.

Incredible images, aren't they? My daughter asked me yesterday if I had ever seen 'northern lights' and I responded that I had - and of course I had (many times), but those I remember seeing were nowhere near as beautiful as these!
Magical, almost.

Do you see northern lights there in Idaho, Tammy?

No, I never have. But while I was watching this video, I was thinking it's something I'd like to see in my lifetime. And I agree, some of the images were almost "magical."
