Australias funnel web is a killer. Assuming you can get to a hospital in a short time, to get the antivinene otherwise its lights out. Thanks a bunch for your post a day or two ago. Gave me the perfect excuse to start writing about her! :)

(Not to mention how many times I have since watched that "Come to Australia" video. My Lord, that's funny!)

PS. Just in case you (or anyone else reading this) might be interested - this in reference to my last post, she received a bite on her face (!!) from a brown recluse spider last August while in Colorado. We have that nasty little critter here in Texas, as well. They like to hide out in dark places ... shoes, gloves, things like that. I was sternly warned before and again when I first came to Texas many years ago about this potentially deadly creature, and to this day am extra extra cautious! I didn't know they even existed in Colorado!!Goldenrodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09246352554498015300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4281519437069491769.post-7158556509471467992009-03-06T14:55:00.000-06:002009-03-06T14:55:00.000-06:00fascinating read and adventure!
